I am having DLL Issues starting a ot i would appreciate all the help i could get

When trying to put a DLL file into my ot file as directed on my tutorial, it says WINRAR can add files only to a rar or zip archive, do I have the wrong DLL files? Could some one please give me a hand, thank you, much appreciated

Make sure you extract them and not zip them.

You can put em inside the same folder as the TFS.exe ("Extract em to the same folder")
