I can not create characters in modern acc

hello all!
I use the R265 trunk modern aac, the problem is I can not create characters for the address of No-IP, but if by the 127.0.0.1, port 80, 7171, 7172 are open, and I have no problems with MySQL .

when trying to create a character for the No-IP address, just stays loading.:huh:

That means your ports aren't open/forwarded in your router, if I understand you correctly.

here a picture of the modem and pages, so I hope that is more understandable and the windows firewall has the same ports and exceptions for tfs,apache and mysql
