I can´t log-in

Hello, im new in the server. I download tibia 10.77 of the tibia oficial website, the ip changer of the shadowcores server page. I write mi account, select character, and then tibia window says: Conecting, please wait. But never conect.
Someone can help me?

or maybe try uninstall everything and then download it again

I uninstalled all, tibia client, IP changer, download and install again, but i cant conect.
T try to create another character and login with, and tibia client says that i only can login with one character of my account, so my character is online, but i cant see the game.
