Windows I cannot login into my server!! HELP

I cannot login into my server!!
when i run my otserver and it completes example asdasdas Running! i try to enter with localhost, i put my account i selectmyh char and keeps stuck there, i cant login help me please

because you use localhost it has nothing to do with the ports so, the fire wall maby blicking some program to your serve ect
