i have my ot hooked up to my host computer and i was wanting to get on my other computer to connect to it without lagging my host computer but its not letting me login with my other computer, what do i put in the ip changer to make it?
i have tried
270.0.0.1
my ip
my no-ip

the default ip is
127.0.0.1, try that in the ip changer. also, a great way for no-ip to work [some times no-ip doesnt work for people who dont port forward right]
Make sure your forward port 80, on your router, and on your firewall.
after you forward the ports 80 on your router and firewall you go to no-ip,
click options, and click alternate port [80]
=] it should work then. Im going to make a good hosting tutorial sometimes later on. =] Good luck

127.0.0.1 won't work if you're not in the hosting computer.

And your OT it's not being hosted. (Literally)
It's hosted just for you.
With your local ip-adress.

So you must enter your router and opent the port: 7171
Then go to What Is My IP Address? - IP Address Lookup, Internet Speed Test, IP Info, plus more
Copy and paste it in your config.lua
Then open your OT again and try with your Global IP-Adress.

Then people can log into your server and your other computer too.

Good Luck!
