I can't connect to the game world please help!

hey i got a great server but i only got one thing wrong please help me...i put in 1/1 to log onto the acc manager and when i try to connect to the game world i get timed out everytime. please help me what is wrong? not my connection, i port forwarded, everything i can think of, just wont connect to the game world. PLEASE HELP!!!!
