Windows i Cant find the accunt and pass Folders Could some one Help?

Hi guys i been looking for ever for the accunt and Pass Folder so i could make a GoD Accunt i havent made a Ot seens 7.4 a lot of things change so i am a lil Lost i downloaded World Of Tibiasula and i am trying to make a GoD accunt but Cant find the accunt pass folder could some one Help? Plz

Now accounts and pass and other stuff is stored in data base (SQL)

go to phpmyadmin and check table account in your database

i am not useing a Datebase i have it undear sqlType = "sqlite"
and sqliteDatabase = "forgottenserver.s3db"
i dont have like my own datebase idk i am a lil noob at this thx for all the info u give dude tell me more if u know cuz i cant find this crapy accunt and pass lol i am in need of this lol
