I need help regarding OT rune charges.

I have many runes on my ot with 100 charges each. I would like to bring them down to about 10 charges. How can i do so?

Change at spells.xml the charges as you want and change the npc which sells the rune. so go to rune.lua(script for runes) and change all the numbers to the amount u want.
