im olmost donate with installing my aac page but what i need is how i change it the url i cane only get on the site by using :
http://localhost/index.php

how cane i change it into vixoria.hopto.org

you cant open the no-ip from the host pc
it will direct you to your router page
but other ppl can use the no-ip

All you have to do is create an account at No-IP - Dynamic DNS, Static DNS for Your Dynamic IP and register a new DNS redirect.
It's free, unless you want to upgrade your account to Plus or Pro.

i know omg but when i press web redirect and then i should need to say my aac url but the only url i cane go on is http://localhost/index.php i wanne change that into vixoria.systen.net thats all!!!

You don't have to change that! It's a re-direct! Put your IP in there.

vixoria.systen.net

Is a redirect, that's basically your IP in words. Put the host IP in there, then you can connect using both your IP and vixoria.systen.net.
