Hello. I need program with that I can easily change drive, which runs as a first. I want to install second OS, but I don't want mess up BIOS.

Your 'second OS' will handle that.
You need boot loader, such as GRUB. If you need two Windows', you will also have their boot loader.

Just make separated partition for new OS, if it's Linux it'll ask you if you want to install GRUB during setup, click yes.

I made new partition (S) and I want to install Slackware on it, but in this program I can select only C... I have avalible all partitions when I select USB and check "Show all drives"... so what have I to do?

I have no idea, it didn't work for me either, but I just wanted to give you a potential possibility. Mabe chojrak would know or try to explain it better.

No... I made it "FAT32". It was one of three options in Easeus Partition Manager: FAT, FAT32 and NTSC.
