It doesn't seem to be your character, the IP that was last logged onto is not from the same country you are posting this from. If you can provide any kind of proof (what the password might be, what country you last logged in from on the character, any player you remember adding to your viplist, anything that only the owner of the character would know) I might give you the account number and a new password.
