Idea for my 7.72?

I am currently in the works of running a 7.72 real map server. I am not using rook and I was curious if it was possible to have a 1/1 and 2/2 pre-made account with some of the old tibia legends as characters for people to use on my server to war on rook while the main lands are used for rpg? Is that a possibility?

These characters only being able to spawn in room and never lose their level upon death. Much like a war aerver
