If premium spells hit +50 or 20% more.

Hi,

I'v this idea but don't know nothing about scripts. Its very simple, if player is Premium then it will hit or heal 20% more, like a bonus. If not, he'll hit or heal normally. I think if he is Premium it read one script, and if not read another one.
