i just made a donation last night but never got the points i was wondering if som1 can help me i was up as long as i could w8in for a gm but had testing the next day so i left
 
Let me look into it. It's all logged down to the slightest detail for sending fraudsters to jail so I am sure I can see what went wrong.
 
I looked at the logs and it appears you forgot to add your account number. Remember the donation system does not look at your logged in account it only looks at the number you type in on the donations page.

Since it appears you honestly did not get your points, I am adding them in manually.

I matched your email address to two accounts, so I am going to give the points to the one you have the recovery key for. It's the one with death sniper on it.

If you wanted items for the other account remember you can send donor items to any character.
