I thnink it would be helpful to show a picture with your lost character and the minimap so Softcore admins could take a further look at it.
 
Or maybe it would help if the gms are friggin online you are never on!!

Recruit some 24/7 GM. Cuz the serv has alot of bugs, ppls get traped, items freezes to the ground, ppls get lost etc
