I'm new with creating an ot and i need help

So recently i wanted to create an ot and i got advice to start with a pre-made data pack so i downloaded one but i don't know how to start the ot
PS : i don't want to put it online yet i just want to test it and learn creating an ot

you might want to go with a pre compiled version of tfs 1.1
whch you can find here https://otland.net/threads/nightly-releases-for-tfs-1-x.226985/
you just have to put the 2 .dll files into the same directory as the exe
then you go and watch this

might not be the newest but still does the job.
