Im Pissed And this shit needs sorting now!!!

yeh so i joined a random party to go hunt banuta they gave me some gfbs and all of a sudden my char attacks them and i get black skull losing everything
im sure this is not allowed and i have tried emailing support and speaking to tutors who are fucking useless and dont reply
is there any way i can get my lvl and equips reset as i lost most of my things.

You have most likely been a victim of a red/black skull trap. Unfortunately your items will not be able to be restored, however if you send yet another e-mail to [email protected] and explain the situation for them they will most likely be able to punish the rule violators. Please allow them at least 24 hours for them to get back to you.
