Import map with offset, how to?

Hi

I want to import in this case yalahar from a map to my map, in this case whichi will be the best option to achieve this?, how import just this city to my map without adding the other cities? i read that i should do it with offset, this will pick/hoose just the piece that i want?

You can open remere's, mark the selection tool to select all floors, go to the top floor of the map you want to "import", copy the desired area.
Now you open your map on the same instance and paste the copied map
