Windows Improt 'mysql.sql'

Hello, Ive just run into a big problem.
Im fixing mysql and that stuffs to my server atm, and ive followed ur guide "MySQL_HELP"

im at :

Use the 'File to import' part, select mysql.sql and press on 'Go'.

But i cant find a file named "mysql.sql" in my server folder :S?
ive got one that is 'mysql.dll' but nothing else..

PLEASE HELP ME!
