Dude your dumb... the text is smeared which would make it either GIMP, Photoshop, or Paint.net for the edit... also I made it with the image from tibia's official website which was rendered out of the background by me and posted in the forum below this one... so stfu <_<

The second one isnt meant to look good as it was made with gimp 1.2 and the first the text doesnt look good because I couldnt find a good font. The reason I host is as a .jpg is because that is the format I like... I know that if I host it as a .bmp I can skip reducing the quality but I dont think it really matters because if you can make a great sig in .jpg format then doesnt that mean your better? So that's what I strive for. Also these sigs took approximately 5 minutes each and I think I did a good job with no effort...

Ive been using photoshop for almost 4 months.
My first signature was worse than yours believe it or not.
I use a brush + text + smudge.
Wow.

Still, keep practicing and look for some tutorials.
I suggest you get photoshop.

It does not mean you're better, it's just idiocy. The quality of the image is better if you save and host it as .png
Face it, nobody likes .jpg formats, not even you, you're just too proud to admit you did wrong.

Then admit it's awful.

Next time you make a signature take more than 5 minutes and do something special, not just image, background and text. It doesn't even look good togheter at all.

Read some tutorials, try out new things, put effort in it and your signatures will come out great.
