You must have enabled a party with someone, then without the PZ Lock, right-click on you and select "Enable Shared Experience" (You must be the leader of the party) and then you and your friend go hunt.

** Before hunting, when you dont have PZ Lock, party system will be showed as an "X" over the party shield.
