Internet Tweaking MAX?

Can some1 help me to tweak my internet connection since a friend did it and it helped a bit

Ummh.. What do you want out of this? Something that makes your internet go faster?

If you are using normal Internet Explorer, try Firefox of Google Chrome or Opera. It works faster.

But cant help you to trick your ISP to give you a stronger internet connection.

With speedtest.net I was getting about 3k down, but after I used this program TCP Optimizer I'm getting about 20k down (which is what I'm paying for).

Actually my isp gave me 24Mb when we only had 0.5Mb

(my neighbours upgraded to 24Mb from 8Mb)

so the isp gave us 24Mb for 1 day
