Internet Usage on TFS!

Hello I've got big problem, so everything is ok, but on evenings my TFS server is taking so much of Internet Use and there is so much lags, normally I have 700 Kbps of Upload when Im hosting on evening there is maybe 50kbps when I switch off there is 170Kbps what is going on? Number of people is not chaning its same always.

I have 20Mbit

and there are 5 minutes delay freezes about 1-5 sec that happens, wich never happened in older releases

True, how can I fix it?

use 0.2 patch 9, as far as i know, it have no freezes in 1-5 seconds, or maybe its jus tthat u put the server to save every 5 seconds. coz mines freeses every 50 mins because of save.
