Invalid Password and User name

I've been doing lots of research for this error and i cant seem to find the reason why. things ive tried.
info on what im using TFS0.4 8.6. i also tried lots of datapacks all have same error.

-all ports open,
-Can login to website.
-used ip in config.
-sha1 is used instead of plain.
-turned off firewall.

any other solutions please post.

i tried using my 127.0.0.1 ip i trid using public ip nothing worked i tried using otclientv8 and i tried otserv client nothing helped.

check on site config, that it makes md5 or sha1 then
