Ip changer problem

So as title says I got IP Changer problem (OTLand IPChanger) , so when I try to MC trough the IPchanger by checking "Always launch new Tibia client" and "Apply" after that my IPchanger is not responding .

Try to (if you didn't yet) install it again and restart computer.
