Yes. But if you continue the same vandalism as you did on the first one, you will eventually get banned again.

It's ban evasion, you get warned/infracted/banned for your own faults, I do think that depending on the severity of your ban does effect the possibility of you being banned again. Also if you continue to break the rule for which you were banned you'll just be banned again.

Just to add to peroxide's lines, if you evade your ban and infrict (not only the same rule you did the last time) any rule, depending on the severity of the rule you could get a permanent ban on your main account and a ban to your current in extreme cases (which are not rare).
