is it possible to make a command to start the server's .exe from admin panel in modern aac?

ye, it is possible, but you cannot directly open not instant closing exe cause php waits for result so will handg up, but you can start bat launching exe(bat returns something when ends its work so php will work ok, just server window wont appear for some reason, but it will work somewhere ^^)
