Is it possible to if the players who login with wrong acc or password, see what they have typed wrong?

I think you'd need to edit the Tibia client for that. I don't think the message is handled by the server.

Of course if I understood well, he wants to get different messages for wrong password and wrong account? If he want's to show exactly what was wrong it's extremly risky because it could shows correct password/account number to another person.
