Is my server online?

I did all the necessary steps listed on my first ot and now I don't know how to check if it is online. I logged in on another computer and it wouldn't load, but its on the same router so maybe that is the problem? I submitted my server on OT serverlist.com and when I log onto it using the 127 Ip it shows up as players are online. I have messed with this for a long time and still have no idea if it is working. If someone could check it and post here I would be forever in your debt.

Usually thats no problem, even when the ports are forwarded! Somethings wrong!
