is there a way to create a static ip?

is there a way to create a static ip? or do i have to ask my isp to do that. Cause right now it changes and its annoying.

Also having problems with my port's they magicly are not working<,< i put them in all right and everything.

It's not possible,

you need to call the support and ask them for static IP,

I did that myself.

But you will have to pay a couple of dollars extra.

Not an extra dollars. Atleast depends where do you live, because on Spain it costs like 30 euros.

Thats True, But if he is from sweden/norway/Denmark it will cost around 10euros extra.
