It is somewhat possible to remove it using the healing brush/patch tool, however it will not look identical to the original one. And I'm not the lad to do it, unfortunately.

I hope you will like it.
I did remove the old dragon and added a new one. It has same style as the text.
I also made the quality better for the picture (Dragon @LEFT).
