Is Tibia graphics copyrighted?

Just curious cause almost all the ACC sites use Tibia graphics, so my question is: Are Tibia graphics copyrighted?

Just wanted to make sure so nobody don't get in trouble heh heh.

They do take legal actions against servers using copyrighted things, at least thats what they told me in the e-mail. :)

Well if you can get sued by Cipsoft then I think every OT owner should be scared because they are vulnerable to a lot of lawsuit possibilities...

Anyways, this topic is not really about how scared people should be, but rather, how to circumvent and protect yourself from lawsuits. Any ideas?

I think As The Fake Emma Watson said ... tibia knows and give the legal to people to use it... and go to that server from 2000 it's still online and uses the tibia thingy and he didnt have any problems.

As a hoster, dont use gesiors aac. Because it not only uses images, but also the CipSofts code (.css, .js, .html). As a player, use YATC, but actually, you wont get sued for using IPChanger on tibia.exe, because they cant see it, I suppose. :d
