Issues adding server

Hi there, I am very new to this. I uploaded my server which is 8.6 TFS 1.3. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get this to run the server. I have read everything, still can't get it to run, the server that was provided i deleted, replaced with mine. Not sure where to go from here. Website database I assume is also still set to the verison included upon setting up. Any help would be great. Just want to get the server on and ready for testing. Thanks.

If you delete everything, you need to compile the engine again and make sure the binary is located at /home/otsmanager/forgottenserver/build/tfs
If it's not, you'll see the error above.
