Item adds percent hp or mana

I couldn't find the attribute key, that a item adds hp or mana when u wear it but it also removes them when you stop wearing it.

Anyone can help :s?

but is it also possible, that it get showed by "looking" on the item? I activated the "showattributes" already but doesnt show anything :/

There isn't a description for those attributes, you'll have to add it yourself in sources.
