item editor extended 8.54

Hello, I'm working on an ots anime. I have a rose klijent (66k + spr) currently I can't find the items editor who will open OTB 8.54 for me, maybe someone has?

Im use and still cant open, im convert with object bulider "exanded" and i tray open with item edytor. Please help
Im use tibia 8,54v3
its runing when i convert on tibia 9,6 but i needed 854

Thanks, I found the solution, the dlls were blocked, I just had to unlock them in properties and it worked, thanks.

Where did you found this solution ?
Happen to me, downloaded engine for tibia 8.54, and item editor saying, this is for 8.60
Solution: find other engine for 8.60,
take items.otb, from there,
and copy and paste to your engine.

In the .dll file, go to properties and unlock; do this for all .dll files to make it work.
