Item shop, cant receive more than 1 time!

Alright, i have followed the guide How to get Shop Offers too work, By Gesior:

The problem is.. I cant receive donation item more than 1 time on any accounts on my server. I got to restart the server or reload "<data/creaturescripts/scripts/login"

Note that if you recently updated ur distro from 0.3.4 to 0.3.5/6 you will have to replace ur entire creaturescripts folder to the newest one in order to make it work properly.
 
Show me your creaturescripts.xml file and also what distro of TFS are you using?
