Windows items.xml (alwaysOnTop parameter)

Hello. I am unable to edit items.otb and i need to add this parameter to items.xml

I have 10 wall ID's where i can put items on them, and i have to remove them.

Is there any way to do this?

I am using 7.6 OTX distro.

I have no clue, but isn't source-coding needed for this type of action?

Probably, but MAYBE there is funcion included in the engine to replace this thing.
