Hello. Download the latest TFS Distribution, download the newest RME mapeditor. Put your map into the new TFS Distribution, open the map and go to "Map" - Proporties and then change the client version to 8.20-8.31. Then save. When that's done, check your config.lua so everything is right there.
Ofcourse you can copy your scripts and such files there too.

I got vista cant run Rme... What do i do?

Why? I can on my vista computer, although this computer is not having vista as operative system, but it should work with both.
Remere's is the best mapeditor ever has been made, I recommend you using that. Anyway, thanks for the reputation
