Well, I've got a probelem...

Do I get the summoner cloak on male if I change sex on my character? (If i have the wand on female)


Since winning lottery ticket + cloack = full addon on male

But you need the wand and ferumbras hat on female.
 
haha, i have no clue but it would be pretty cool if u could do it that way, not sure. You should give it a try but only downside is, if it don't work there gos 3days pacc...
