Jungle stair aint working

Hello. I got some wierd bug alongst my map or if it's items, anyhow
my jungle stair doesnt works, so if you go down a hole where there is a jungle stair you will get trapped.

But the ordinary stairs work fine..

I really dont want to sit in the map editor and change almost ALL stairs to regular stairs so is there anyone who know if I can like change something with the jungle stair so it works as an ordinary stair?

Maybe you don't have it in actions.xml?
