Hello, i am using tibia 10.1 client and the ip changer that is available in the shadowcores website...
i am using the right ip and the right port but still cannot log in .
After wait a long period of time the client says that the game server is offline, even tho many players are online .
I played shadowcores before and never had this kind of problem, hope you guys can give me a hint about what is going on
 
I don't know if there were any downtime today because the status charts do not say anything about this. Perhaps you have some problems with your own connection? Try to restart your routers or eventually switches. Also, try to restart your computer. If you still encounter these problems try to login to our other server Lunarforce. Still encountering this, contact us again here and we'll try to solve it with you.

PS. You can also try to reinstall your Tibia client.
