Keyboard Weird Setup? Or what?

Hey, im am whondering if anyone know how this fix this problem (Windows Button + L) Does not work as if i press only the (Windows Button) the menu won't open.. So, im whondering if anyone know what the problem is and if you know how to fix it?

If found a forum there someone said that you should press the (MR) button .. But what is the fucking MR button? -.-'

When I press "windows button" + L, my computer locks. Which is quite obvious.

But MR button. Ask SlurpDerp or something.

Well.. Your window button works just fine.. I have something locked.. And that's the thing i don't know how to fix... If someone knew then plz tell!
