This line's you change
if(isInArray({10,9}, getPlayerVocation(cid)) == TRUE) then

If you want it only for Elite knight's it should be
if(isInArray({4,8}, getPlayerVocation(cid)) == TRUE) then
(( i think ek have id 8 ))

Second line to edit the text
doPlayerSendTextMessage(cid,22,"Sorry, Only Knights can use this rune.")

4 is for knights and 8 is for elite knights.
