Lags, Freezs!

Hi,


I have Dedicated Server: 12gb, i7, 1gbit, standing on it one Real map and takes 3,5 ram but i have strong lags and freez on 5-10 seconds.

Tfs is clean, 5 errors with houses only.

Where is problem?

With the low details you provided nobody knows. It could be that real maps suck ass, and the dedicated server realizes that and is telling you to stop being lazy and actually make a custom server.

Probably lags are caused by globalevents or mods, try to remove 1 line from globalevents and try, if not put it back and try next one. Also try to take all mods away from your mods folder, that will disable them, if that doesn't work put them back.
Always when you take mods away you should start your server again, for globalevents that reload command works well.
