Lags

in the last weeks I got a problem on my Server with "Lags". I'm using TFS 0.2.10 Mystic Spirit and XAMPP (Apache and MySQL running). The Game Server running on a root-server (Internet 8 gb , RAM: 2024). The problem is, when there are more then 50 players online the server begins to lag. What's the best way to fix this "lags"?

Make a player limit of 50?

No, the max player is 1000, the record on server is 54.. but when +/- 50 players cause so lags in server!

Just face it your server can't handle more than 50 people.

I like plain otserv svn but it doesn't have that many scripting functions.

You are using the best distro.
Face it, that your computer is NOT good.
Especially if you use winshit.

best distro is mystic 0.2.1 ? why all best server is tfs 0.3.4 ?

mystic spirit is maybe more stable and needs less resource, crying damson has more features, uses more resources and is stable too
