layout problem

Ok, as the title say, i got problem with my layout,

Here is my website as you can se, its fucked up.


And i dwonloaded this one :

I did like he said and i didnt change anything, please help me.

Today Top exp, doesn't seem to work.
And shouldn't there be like Buttons on left-side of the layout?
