Learn and Forget a spell.

Hi, I'm just wondering how I would be able to make it so when a sorcerer/druid buys their level 60 ultimate spell, they would forget their level 55 one, and when they buy their level 55 one, they lose their level 60 one.

I'd appreciate the help, thankyou.
