Libs stian 64bit

Heyo, finally got my dev++ working. But since I don't have NEW_DLL_FILES on this computer, and the one I downloaded from gesior dosen't have that folder. Does someone have it?
Should be in dev c++ stian 64bit or smth like that/NEW_DLL_FILES
