log in problem?

ok, first off, im kinda noob at this so yeahh...
anyways, every time i start up my server and try and log in to test stuff i made/fixed, it always says:

cannot connect to login server
error: disconnected from server(200002) :huh:

i've tried everything but it wont let me log in
on account (1/1) to at least make a character/account

what do i do?

btw my server is the forgotten server 0.3

You use your lan Ip (local area network ip) if you host it, you cant use the IP other players use.
