Hello,
I would like to know where I add new descriptions when looking at 2 examples I saw on an otserver...
The first would be to show who killed the monster by giving a look
Same as the photo for example
The second would be to show the regeneration time when locking foods. And if possible how much does it cost?

I know that the change is made at the source but I don't know...
I use OTX SERVER 2 - 8.6
